Champ Steels is specialized in a wide range of nickel alloy products that includes Nickel 200/201 Pipe Fittings. These pipe fittings are used for high temperatures application due to its good performance in heating applications. It has the good composition of resisting elements and rest is the nickel content. Thus, these pipe fittings a higher level of corrosion resistance. This grade has many salient features that make it ideal for many engineering applications. Those features are wettability, weldability, workability, formability, machinability, and more. These pipe fittings are made from using high-quality raw materials and precise machinery. We also manufacture these in the standard dimensions and all specifications, designations, and non- standard dimensions too.
About nickel 200 grade: It is a commercial pure (CP) wrought nickel grade. It has too many good mechanical properties have excellent resistance to most corrosive environments. It has many useful features such as magnetic property and magnetostrictive properties. The corrosion resistance makes it useful for maintaining the product purity in handling the corrosive agents. It is one of the toughest metals that are measured by the Izod or impact tests. Both hot worked and annealed samples of the nickel grade have higher impact strength than cold worked materials. The mechanical properties are elevated in the higher temperatures. These pipe fittings usually maintained service at below 315 deg C.
More about grade: Nickel 201 Alloy as similar properties as to its standard grade. It is a low carbon modification of standard grade. Nickel 201 alloy has a low annealed hardness and very good work hardening rate. These pipe fittings are desirable in all standard machining process. These pipe fittings can be exposed to corrosion resistance equipment that can be applied to the adverse environments.
