At the time of product development, the modern technology and machinery is used and that is done under supervision of professionals to make the appreciable quality of same. All product ranges are developed according to set production policies and product quality standards.
Testing
The testing of Nickel 200/201 Forged fittings is conducted for the quality check only. Positive material identification test, mechanical-chemical test, pitting resistance test, macro-micro test, flattening-flaring test, hardness test etc are tests conducted.
Packaging
In order to make sure that the produce product at the time of shipping does not get any harm, carefully each piece of fittings is packed. It is wrapped in plastic cloth and then packed in plywood/carton cases.
