These valves are produced by both hot and cold forming operations. These valves are processed by heat and annealing process. The hot working and annealing process is done to achieve the great hardness also it is subjected to a cold working operation to prevent brittleness.
Essential tests reports: The reports being performed by us are Pressure tests, tensile test, pneumatic leak test, hardness test, hydro testing, vacuum test, mechanical test, pitting corrosion test micro and macro test, hydrostatic test, sigma detention, and ultrasound.
Other tests are a positive material test, chemical test, intergranular corrosion test, flaring test, flattening test, ultrasonic test, radiographic test, impulsive line leak test, and as per the requirements of the customers.
