K 500 valves: These valves are hot formed in the temperature range between 1600 deg F to 2100 deg F. after manufacturing and hot working process it is quenched with water. Other tests are the mechanical test, hardness test, micro test, flaring test, pitting corrosion test, destructive test, etc.
