The grade is a low carbon variant which is austenitic chromium nickel SS having high resistance to corrosion and great intergranular corrosion resistance.
SS 316H is a high carbon variant making the product highly suitable in industrial applications where there is high temperature and pressure is required.
The grade 316Ti is titanium based austenitic chromium nickel SS that includes molybdenum in it which offers great resistive property in high temperature and pressure applications. The presence of titanium in the grade enhances its corrosion resistance, pitting chloride ion resistance, strength at high temperature and high durability.
The industry conducts relevant material tests on Stainless Steel 316/316L/316H/316Ti Forged Fittings in order to ensure the strict quality and efficiency of the product. Tests such as mechanical tests, bend tests; micro and macro tests, pitting resistance tests and intergranular corrosion tests are some of the tests conducted by the trained industry professionals.
