Cupro Nickel 70/30 valves prove starring features such as mechanical properties under regular and intermitting pressure conditions even in the higher temperatures. These valves have excellent resistance to oxidation in the variety of agents, mainly in the marine waters. In addition to alloying elements, copper and nickel base valves features are enhanced. The elements include manganese, ferrous, niobium, silicon and tin. Additionally, it has molybdenum content that allows service in the sensitization reduction areas. These valves are not affected by pitting and crevice corrosion cracking.
Testing facility: As we have an advanced testing facility where each and every product is stepped out in order to examine the quality of the products. The tests are hardness test, non-destructive test, PMI test, tensile test, radiographic test, ultrasonic test, mechanical test, tensile test, destructive test and more. these tests ensure the reliability of Cupro Nickel 70/30 valves.
